The Fee you pay to ARVTEC will be a retained by ARVTEC and we will accrue the fee upon completing step by step assignments. The fee we earn for the delivery of services/product may vary from services to services, depending on the time and effort put in by the team for customer consultation and advice, process and requirements briefing, data processing, documentation, processing of external services, registration on regulatory portal, submission of details and documents, liaison with regulatory offices and approvals etc.ARVTEC reserves the right to fix the fees accrued for a specific service process and the criteria for charging the fee may vary from time to time. Fees earned will not be refunded as ARVTEC has to spent on man hours and efforts to process the services and also fees paid to government officials such as taxes and filing fees and professional fees and expenses to third party service providers will not be eligible for refund.In case of Company Registration / LLP Registration / OPC Registration order where ARVTEC have processed the document and filed the name application, the Fee earned will be calculated at 75% of the order value whether the name of the Company / LLP is approved by the Registrar of Companies.
Under any circumstances, the maximum liability of ARVTEC shall be limited to the fee we collected for the services. we will not liable for any loss or damages that may be raised or as may be claimed by the customer due to delay in process (technical or otherwise) or refusal of application by the regulatory authorities.
In case you want to cancel the order or request a refund, contact your relationship manager or sent an email to support@arvtec.com with reason for refund. Cash Refunds will only be processed for refund requests submitted within 48 hours of placing the order. Refund request submitted after 48 hours of ordering the will not be eligible for Cash Refund. In case of refund request submitted after 48 hours of imposition of limit, the fee paid by the customer, after adjusting the accrued charges, Costs and expenses incurred by ARVTEC and Cancellation charges, if any, they will be credited to the customer's account. To avail alternative services or products within a specified time. The date of first payment for an order shall be deemed to be the Date of placing the Order.If the product delivery is not completed due to rejection of the application by the regulatory authorities, no refund requests will be processed. Order Cancellation or Refund request must be made within 60 days of placing the order. No refund of fee (cash or credit) will be processed on requests made after 60 days of ordering. However, the unpaid Government fee, if any shall be credited to the customer’s account for settlement of alternative products or future products. The credit Balance in your customer account can only be used for avail any services from ARVTEC within 365 days of credit of the amount and the unused balance in customer accounts will be retained by ARVTEC and will not be available for adjustment or refund.
We will coordinate with the cost and working hours of technology resources and technical and professional expertise of professionals and experts, utilization of technology resources, documentation and guidance, processing and external service throughout the process. Providers, preparation of compliance documents, filing with regulatory platforms, liaison with regulatory authorities etc. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for each refund request as we are required from the customer inquiry stage through the product delivery process. A cancellation fee of 50% of the order value subject to minimum of Rs.2000/- will be charged for every refund request.
Any disputes or claims and refund of fee arising in connection with serious engagements with ARVTEC shall be governed in accordance with the law of India and courts in New Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle the matters.
